Ingredients

  • 500g minced mutton (kheema)
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 1-2 tsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Breadcrumbs - to coat
  • 2-3 bread slices
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar
  • oil

How to Make Quick and easy cutlet

  • Remove the hard sides of the bread and soak them in water and squeeze out the water, mash them such that it forms a soft mash.
  • Ensure that there is no excess water. Bread is used here as a binding agent apart from egg.
  • In a bowl add minced mutton, eggs, mashed bread, vinegar, tomato sauce, black pepper powder, corn flour and salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients such that they can be shaped into a kebab/cutlets
  • Dip in breadcrumbs and deep fry.
  • Garnish with onions and coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
