  • 1 kg - chicken.
  • 1.5 tbsp - pepper.
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - jeera powder.
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder.
  • 1 pod - garlic.
  • 1 piece - ginger.
  • 3 - onions, chopped.
  • oil.
  • Salt.

How to Make Quick and Easy Pepper chicken

  • Clean and cut the chicken into pieces.
  • Marinate it with all the powder masala (pepper, coriander, jeera powder, ginger, garlic paste, 1 chopped onion and salt to taste).
  • Keep it for about 1/2 an hour and then in a vessel heat oil and fry the remaining chopped onions till they turn light brown in colour.
  • Then add the marinated chicken to it and cook on a low flame without adding water.
  • When it is cooked, let it become dry.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with drinks.
