  • 1/2 kg - prawns.
  • 2 - onions, big (chopped).
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder.
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • salt to taste.
  • oil for frying.
  • How to Make Quick and Easy Prawn Fry:

    1. Clean the prawns.
    2. Grind onions to a fine paste.
    3. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
    4. Marinate the prawns with this ground paste and keep it for about an hour.
    5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these prawns until they are properly cooked.
    6. Serve Hot.
