Ingredients

  • 4 - boiled eggs (peeled and quartered)
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 2 - green chillies, slit
  • 1 tsp - ginger, minced
  • Turmeric powder, a pinch
  • Cumin powder, a pinch
  • Methi powder - a pinch
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Curry leaves
  • How to Make Quick boiled egg fry:

    1. Heat oil, add curry leaves, green chillies, ginger and then the onion and saute for a few mins.
    2. Add all the powders and mix well.
    3. Finally, add the quartered boiled eggs and combine.
    4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
