Ingredients

  • 2 - Lijjat papad, Radish one big, Salt, Yogurt, Pepper
  • How to Make Quick breakfast:

    1. Wash the radish and keep it in a microwaveable bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook for two minutes.
    2. Allow to cool.
    3. Meanwhile, roast 2 lijjat papads and keep ready.
    4. Once the radish is cold, add yogurt and mix.
    5. Crush the roasted pappad and add just before serving.
