Ingredients

  • 1 packet - glucose biscuits
  • 1 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp - walnuts, crushed
  • 1/2 tin - condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp - Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp - butter, softened
  • 4-5 drops - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • How to Make Quick Chocolate Cookies:

    1. Put the glucose biscuits in a plastic bag and crush coarsely with a rolling pin.
    2. Make a paste of the corn flour, cocoa and half the milk.
    3. Boil the remaining milk, pour into the cocoa paste and mix till it gets properly blended.
    4. Empty the condensed milk, butter and vanilla essence into a large bowl. Beat it until it becomes light and blends.
    5. Add the cocoa-milk mixture and mix again.
    6. Add the crushed biscuits and walnuts and mix well.
    7. On a clean dusted surface, place the mixture in the shape of a square.
    8. Mark out each square piece with a knife.
    9. Allow it to cool completely.
    10. Cut the pieces fully.
    11. Place it in a tray on a grease-proof paper and let it chill until it becomes well set. Serve chilled.
