Ingredients

  • 1 cup - grated fresh Coconut
  • 3-4 - Green chillies
  • 5-6 - kadhipatta leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - water
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • a pinch - dry Methi powder
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1/4 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • a pinch - Hing
  • a pinch - Haldi powder
  • a pinch - Methi powder
  • salt and Sugar to taste
  • How to Make Quick coconut chutney:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard to it.
    2. When it splutters, add hing, haldi and methi powder and stir.
    3. Add chilly and kadhipatta pieces along with water.
    4. After a few seconds, add coconut, salt and sugar to it.
    5. Stir for a few seconds and turn off the stove.
    6. Add lemon juice and stir and garnish with fresh coriander.
