  • 1 kg - Chicken
  • 10 g - Butter
  • 10 g - Refined flour
  • 10ml - Milk
  • 10 g - Cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper according to taste
  • How to Make Quick cream of chicken soup:

    1. Boil chicken in water until it gets cooked well; extract stock and keep aside.
    2. Take another vessel, heat on medium flame; add butter, refined flour and fry for two minutes.
    3. Add milk, whisk continuously so that lumps are not formed, and now slowly add stock and cooked minced chicken (which was used for preparing stock).
    4. Mix well for 2-3 min and then add salt and pepper according to your taste.
    5. Take a soup bowl, pour out the soup, garnish with cream and serve hot.
