Ingredients

  • 2 cup - daliya
  • 100 g - French beans, finely chopped
  • 2 - medium onions, finely chopped
  • 2 - ripe Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 - medium carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 bowl - spring onion, finely chopped
  • 7/8 florets - Cauliflower
  • 6 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1/2 inch piece - Ginger
  • 3/4 tbsp- oil
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - Cumin seed
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Quick Daliya

  • Boil French beans and cauliflower in a vessel and keep aside
  • Heat another thick bottom vessel, add oil and heat for a minute
  • Then add cumin seeds and onion
  • Fry till the onion is light brown
  • Add red chilli powder and stir the mixture
  • Add all the vegetable (French beans, carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower) and stir for 3 mins
  • Add daliya to the mixture and stir again
  • Add one glass of water to the mixture and let it cook for 4 mins
  • Once the daliya is cooked, add salt to taste.
  • Garnish with coriander. Serve
