  • 6-7 slices - white bread
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp - custard powder mixed in 1/2 cup warm Milk (optional)
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Quick French Toast

  • Take 2 cups of milk in a bowl. Add eggs, sugar, cardamom powder and custard powder with milk and mix it into a smooth batter.
  • Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan.
  • Dip the bread slices in the batter and roast them in the pan till brown.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
