  • 1 - Apple
  • 1 - Banana
  • 1/3 cup - red seedless Grapes
  • 1/3 cup - green seedless Grapes
  • 2/3 cup - Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup - non-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup - dried coconut, shredded
  • How to Make Quick Fruit Kebab:

    1. Prepare the fruit by washing the grapes and apples. Cube apples, slice grapes.
    2. Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks.
    3. Cut the pineapple into chunks if it is fresh.
    4. Put the fruit on to a large plate. Spread coconut on to another large plate.
    5. Slide pieces of fruits onto the skewer and design your own kebab by putting as much or as little of whatever fruit you want.
    6. Do this until the stick is almost covered from end to end.
    7. Hold your kebab at the ends and roll it in the yogurt so the fruit gets covered.
    8. Then roll it in the coconut.
    9. Repeat these steps with another skewer.
