How to Make Quick Garlic chicken

  • Put some ghee in pan and add chicken. Fry it.
  • Add garlic paste and tomatoes and cook for 10 min on low flame.
  • After 10 minutes add salt, green chillies and coriander.
  • Cover with lid and cook for another 35 minutes on low flame.
  • Now open the lid and add garam masala.
  • The dish is ready to be served.
