Ingredients

  • 1kg - fish (mackerel or tuna)
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 4 - Onions - medium (finely chopped)
  • 25g - Garlic
  • 25g - Ginger
  • 100g - fresh grated Coconut
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 100ml - water
  • How to Make Quick Ginger-garlic Fish Curry:

    1. Clean and cut the fish to a medium size and keep it aside.
    2. In the mixer, add all the ingredients mentioned except the fish and grind them well; keep them in the bowl.
    3. In a nonstick pan/vessel, add the oil and two more medium-sized onions, finely chopped.
    4. Fry them to a golden colour, and add the cleaned and cut fish; slowly heat it for two minutes.
