How to Make Quick Masala Cabbage Curry

  • Boil cabbage and peas with some salt. Drain the excess water.
  • Grind dhaniya, cumin seeds and coconut by adding a little water.
  • Heat the kadai. Mix cabbage and the paste and bring to a boil.
  • If you are using garlic, fry it in some oil and then mix it.
  • Finally, add salt and chilli powder.
  • Keep it for 3 minutes and remove.
  • Serve hot with roti or rice.
