Ingredients

  • Garlic - 3 to 4 cloves
  • Peas - 1 cup
  • Paneer - 1 cup
  • Ginger - a small piece
  • Onion - 2
  • Tomato - 1
  • Green chillies - 6
  • Cilantro - 1 bundle
  • Oil - as needed
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Quick Matar Paneer

  • Fry paneer and keep it aside.
  • In the same pan, fry onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies for 2 minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes and saute it for two minutes.
  • Switch off the stove and add cilantro to it.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Grind every thing in the mixer.
  • Pour the mixture, add peas, salt, paneer to it and allow it to come to a boil.
  • It's good with poori, chappati and naan.
