  • Chop vegetables lengthwise.
  • Cut the bread into small cubes.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, add the mustard seeds.
  • Once mustard splutters, add onion and fry it turns light brown.
  • Now add capsicum and other vegetables and cook well.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix well with the vegetables.
  • Now add the bread cubes and mix well with vegetables.
