Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 - Mutton chops
  • 1 small cup - Thick Curd
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 2.5 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 1.5 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1 - Onion (sliced)
  • 2 each - bay leaf, Cinnamon (dalchini), cardamom, Cloves (garam masala contents)
  • 1 small cup - Deep fried Cashew nut paste
  • 5 tsp - Desi Ghee
  • 1/2 cup - Water
  • Salt - as per taste
  • How to Make Quick n Easy Mutton Chops:

    1. Heat desi ghee in a pan.
    2. Add the garam masala contents.
    3. When it splutters, add the sliced onion and saute till it turns golden brown.
    4. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 mins.
    5. Add the mutton chops and stir well.
    6. In a bowl of curd, add turmeric, chilli, and coriander powder and whisk it.
    7. Add this to the chops and stir for 3 mins.
    8. Add the cashew paste and enough water to cover the chops.
    9. Cover the pan with a lid and cook.
    10. When it is half-cooked, stir once and add salt.
    11. Serve it hot with rice.
