Ingredients

  • 3 - Potatoes.
  • 4 tbsps - oil.
  • 1 tbsp 1/2 Chana dal.
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds.
  • 1 tsp - jeera.
  • 1/2 tsp - urad dal.
  • .
  • For Grinding:
  • 4 to 5 - Garlic pods.
  • 1 tsp - coriander seeds.
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder.
  • a pinch - Turmeric powder.
  • 1 tbsp - Coconut powder.
  • salt to taste.

How to Make Quick n Easy Potato Fry

  • Take a thick bottom pan and add oil in it.
  • Add mustard seeds, jeera, urad dal and allow them to splutter. Add the washed channa dal.
  • Now add the peeled and diced potato pieces, mix well and let them stand for five minutes on medium heat.
  • Then keep stirring till all the potato pieces turn golden brown.
  • When the potatoes are brown, add the ground powder to it and mix well.
  • Serve it with white rice or lemon rice.
