Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Turkey breast
  • 2 cups - Broccoli florets
  • 1 - Capsicum, thinly stripped
  • 1 tbsp - Corn-starch
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 3 tbsp - Sesame oil
  • 2 sprig - Spring onion, chopped finely
  • 1/2 - Onion, chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 3 tbsp - Soy sauce
  • 2 cups - Chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/8 tsp - Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • How to Make Quick n Easy Turkey Fry:

    1. Cut the turkey into thin strips.
    2. Heat one tbsp butter in a skillet.
    3. Put turkey pieces,
    4. Simmer till pieces are pink and tender.
    5. Remove and keep aside.
    6. In pan, put 1 cup of water and broccoli florets.
    7. Boil and let it cook for about 5 mins.
    8. Drain and keep aside.
    9. Add remaining 1 tbsp butter in a skillet and heat it.
    10. Add onion, capsicum, ginger and garlic.
    11. Simmer for a minute.
    12. Add turkey strips and 1 cup of chicken broth and cook for 5 mins.
    13. In a separate pan, mix 1 cup of chicken stock, pepper, salt, chilli powder and soy sauce for the sauce
    14. In 1 tbsp of water, dissolve the corn-starch.
    15. Add to above mixed sauce.
    16. Cook the sauce till it thickens.
    17. Add broccoli and cook for 2 mins.
    18. Pour the sauce over the turkey.
    19. Serve hot over rice.
