Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Turkey breast
  • 2 cups - Broccoli florets
  • 1 - Capsicum, thinly stripped
  • 1 tbsp - Corn-starch
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 3 tbsp - Sesame oil
  • 2 sprig - Spring onion, chopped finely
  • 1/2 - Onion, chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 3 tbsp - Soy sauce
  • 2 cups - Chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1/8 tsp - Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Quick n Easy Turkey Fry

  • Cut the turkey into thin strips.
  • Heat one tbsp butter in a skillet.
  • Put turkey pieces,
  • Simmer till pieces are pink and tender.
  • Remove and keep aside.
  • In pan, put 1 cup of water and broccoli florets.
  • Boil and let it cook for about 5 mins.
  • Drain and keep aside.
  • Add remaining 1 tbsp butter in a skillet and heat it.
  • Add onion, capsicum, ginger and garlic.
  • Simmer for a minute.
  • Add turkey strips and 1 cup of chicken broth and cook for 5 mins.
  • In a separate pan, mix 1 cup of chicken stock, pepper, salt, chilli powder and soy sauce for the sauce
  • In 1 tbsp of water, dissolve the corn-starch.
  • Add to above mixed sauce.
  • Cook the sauce till it thickens.
  • Add broccoli and cook for 2 mins.
  • Pour the sauce over the turkey.
  • Serve hot over rice.
