  • 2 packets - orange jelly
  • 200 gm - fresh cream
  • 1 big cup - vanilla ice-cream
  • 8 tbsp - icing sugar
  • 20 - almonds (sliced)
  • 4 - oranges
  • 1/2 tsp - orange essence.

How to Make Quick Orange Souffle

  • Make the jelly as per the instructions on the packet.
  • Peel the oranges. Keep aside few whole peeled segments of the oranges for decoration.
  • Break the remaining segments into small pieces.
  • When the jelly sets firmly, break up the jelly with the help of a fork.
  • Add cream, vanilla ice-cream, orange pieces and orange essence.
  • Mix gently.
  • Transfer in a big fancy glass bowl.
  • Sprinkle icing sugar on it and gently pat with your palm.
  • Decorate with whole segments of orange and almonds and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
  • Serve chilled.
