Ingredients

  • Potato - 2.
  • Curd - 1 cup.
  • White pepper Powder - 1 tsp.
  • Chopped Coriander leaves - 1 tsp.
  • A pinch - of asafoetida.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • How to Make Quick Potato Raita:

    1. Boil the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
    2. Mix the potatoes with curd, asafoetida, pepper powder and salt.
    3. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
