  • Milk Powder - 1 cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1 litre
  • Sugar - 1 cup

How to Make Quick Rasmalai

  • Boil the milk and sugar and keep aside.
  • Mix the milk powder and the baking powder.
  • Add the egg to it and make a dough.
  • Divide it into small balls.
  • Now add the balls to the boiled milk.
  • Boil for 10 minutes on high flame.
  • Serve when cool.
