Ingredients

  • Milk Powder - 1 cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1 litre
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • How to Make Quick Rasmalai:

    1. Boil the milk and sugar and keep aside.
    2. Mix the milk powder and the baking powder.
    3. Add the egg to it and make a dough.
    4. Divide it into small balls.
    5. Now add the balls to the boiled milk.
    6. Boil for 10 minutes on high flame.
    7. Serve when cool.
