How to Make Quick Reshmi Kebabs

  • Debone and mince chicken.
  • Chop onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic and the ginger fine, and mix with chicken.
  • Bind with egg. Add black salt and salt.
  • Put mixture on skewer with wet hands. Baste with oil and cook on charcoal for 10 mins. Turn it regularly to ensure even cooking.
  • Remove from fire. Baste again with oil and cook again for 10 mins.
  • Remove from skewer and serve hot with onion salad.
