Ingredients

  • 1 cup - leftover cooked Rice
  • 2 tbsp - besan (gram flour)
  • 1 tbsp - Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - green chillies, cut into small pieces
  • Coriander, chopped into small pieces
  • Turmeric
  • Chilli Powder (if you want it spicy)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Quick Rice Vada:

    1. Mix all the above Ingredients together to form a thick batter.
    2. Roll it into a vada shaped tikki and deep fry in oil till brown on both sides.
    3. Serve it hot with tomato sauce/Ketchup or coriander chutney.
