Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled and shredded Chicken
  • 1 - Apple diced
  • 1 - Potato boiled and diced
  • 1 cup - shredded Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup - Boiled Peas
  • 1/2 cup - Corn
  • 1/2 cup - Cream
  • 1/2 cup - Yoghurt
  • 1 cup - Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp - Castor Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper for taste.

How to Make Quick Russian Salad

  • In a large bowl whisk together cream, yoghurt, cream and mayonnaise.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and fold well.
  • Serve in a decorative salad bowl.
