  • 1.5 cup - Badam (almond) powder
  • 3/4 cup - fine rava
  • 1/2 cup - desiccated Coconut (finely powdered)
  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 1 cup -milk
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • How to Make Quickn Easy Badam Burfi:

    1. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan. Keep it on stove and keep stirring. When it begins to thicken add butter a little at a time. Add cardamom powder and keep stirring until it begins to look like a soft mass.
    2. Turn off the heat and roll the mass on a greased board with a greased rolling pin (until desired thickness is achieved)
    3. Cut them into diamond shapes.
