How to Make Quinoa Kesari

  • Wash the quinoa. Take a vessel and add the quinoa with sugar and milk and pressure cook up to 3 whistles.
  • Once the steam get released, take the cooked quinoa along with the food colour and cardamom powder in a pan.
  • Cook in simmer until the mixture turns thick.
  • Fry the cashew nuts and raisins until brown in ghee and add the fried nuts and raisins along with the ghee to the quinoa kesari..
  • Serve warm and enjoy with a cup of coffee.
