  • 1 cup - fresh Curd
  • 2 tbsp - Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Crushed cumin
  • 3-4 pinches Red Chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Raab:

    1. Beat curd till smooth, add 2 cups water.
    2. Add cumin, salt and chilli powder
    3. Mix flour to a smooth paste in 1/2 cup water.
    4. Add to curd mixture.
    5. Blend with spoon till smooth.
    6. In a large deep vessel, bring to a boil, stirring continuously.
    7. One it starts boiling fully, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    8. Serve hot with crushed khakras(refer recipe index), cornflakes or as is.
    9. Even kids find this wholesome broth tasty.
    10. For tiny tots, you can add some overboiled rice to make it a complete meal.
