Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 3 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 3 tsp. grated ginger
  • 4 tbsp. Tomato puree
  • 2 tsp. coriander powder
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp. tikka masala
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 Chicken legs or thighs

How to Make Rabia Chicken

  • 1. Heat the oil and add the garlic, ginger and tomato puree and fry for 4 minutes.
  • 2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir frequently for 10 minutes over a medium heat.
  • 3. Transfer to a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes until the chicken is tender.
