  • 1 large radish (finely chopped)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cucumber (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup thick curd (hung for 2 hours)
  • 2 tbsp - milk
  • 1 tsp - powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin seeds (crushed)
  • salt to taste

How to Make Radish Cucumber Salad

  • Sprinkle a little salt over the chopped radish and onion.
  • Allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Squeeze out excess water and keep aside.
  • In a deep glass bowl, beat together hung curd and milk.
  • Add sugar, salt, chillies, cucumber, and half of the chopped coriander leaves.
  • Add the marinated onion and radish.
  • Mix well till flavours are nicely blended.
  • Refrigerate till required or for at least one hour before serving.
