  • 1 large radish (finely chopped)
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Cucumber (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup thick Curd (hung for 2 hours)
  • 2 tbsp - Milk
  • 1 tsp - powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds (crushed)
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Radish Cucumber Salad:

    1. Sprinkle a little salt over the chopped radish and onion.
    2. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
    3. Squeeze out excess water and keep aside.
    4. In a deep glass bowl, beat together hung curd and milk.
    5. Add sugar, salt, chillies, cucumber, and half of the chopped coriander leaves.
    6. Add the marinated onion and radish.
    7. Mix well till flavours are nicely blended.
    8. Refrigerate till required or for at least one hour before serving.
