2 - medium sized Radishes
1 - Onion, chopped
1 - large Tomato, chopped
1/2 tsp - Ginger-Garlic paste
1 tsp each - Mustard,
1/2 tsp -Chilli Powder
How to Make Radish Curry
Cut the radish in round, thin circles.
Heat the oil in the pan, put the mustard, jeera and urad dal together and after a little while, add the curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste.
When it gets brown, add the onions and let them soften.
Add tomatoes and let them soften.
Then add the radish and let it fry in the oil. Add the salt immediately after adding the radish. It will take about 20 to 30 minutes for it to turn brown.
Now add the chilli powder and keep it on heat for another five to ten minutes.
Before bringing it down, add the dhania powder.
