  • For the stuffing:
  • 1 bunch - radish leaves
  • 2 tbsp - besan
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - tomato, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - coriander-jeera powder
  • Oil for cooking
  • For the dough:
  • 250 g - wheat flour
  • A pinch - salt
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Radish paratha

  • Wash and cut the radish leaves into small pieces.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil and roast the besan for 5 minutes, keep aside.
  • Saute the onion in a pan. When it turns red add the tomato, salt, and spices.
  • When it starts bubbling, add the radish leaves and cook till it is dry.
  • Add the roasted besan and mix well.
  • Knead wheat flour with salt and oil.
  • Make small balls. Roll out one ball into a small round shape, put the stuffing, close it and roll out again into big parathas.
  • Heat 1 tsp oil on a tava, cook the paratha on both sides.
  • Serve with radish raita or curd.
