  • For the stuffing:
  • 1 bunch - radish leaves
  • 2 tbsp - besan
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - tomato, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - coriander-jeera powder
  • Oil for cooking
  • For the dough:
  • 250 g - Wheat flour
  • A pinch - salt
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Radish paratha:

    1. Wash and cut the radish leaves into small pieces.
    2. Heat 1 tbsp oil and roast the besan for 5 minutes, keep aside.
    3. Saute the onion in a pan. When it turns red add the tomato, salt, and spices.
    4. When it starts bubbling, add the radish leaves and cook till it is dry.
    5. Add the roasted besan and mix well.
    6. Knead wheat flour with salt and oil.
    7. Make small balls. Roll out one ball into a small round shape, put the stuffing, close it and roll out again into big parathas.
    8. Heat 1 tsp oil on a tava, cook the paratha on both sides.
    9. Serve with radish raita or curd.
