Ingredients

  • 250 g - sweet Curd
  • 1 big - white radish
  • 10 g - roasted Peanuts
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 cup - Coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • a pinch - Sugar
  • How to Make Radish Raita:

    1. Grate the radish.
    2. In a bowl add the sweet curd, grated radish, salt, sugar, and red chilli powder, mix well.
    3. Garnish with peanuts and coriander leaves.
