  • 250 g - sweet curd
  • 1 big - white radish
  • 10 g - roasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • a pinch - sugar

How to Make Radish Raita

  • Grate the radish.
  • In a bowl add the sweet curd, grated radish, salt, sugar, and red chilli powder, mix well.
  • Garnish with peanuts and coriander leaves.
