  • 3/4 cup - Ragi flour
  • 1/4 cup - All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1 - Egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • Almond flakes (optional)
  • How to Make Ragi Chocolate Muffins:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Grease the muffin pan with butter or line it with paper liners.
    2. Sieve together the ragi flour, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt and keep aside.
    3. Beat together the sugar, butter and oil until the sugar gets dissolved. Add the milk and beat well.
    4. Now, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fill the muffin pan with the batter. Sprinkle the almond flakes generously.
    5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
