Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup - Ragi flour
  • 1/4 cup - All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1 - Egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • Almond flakes (optional)

How to Make Ragi Chocolate Muffins

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Grease the muffin pan with butter or line it with paper liners.
  • Sieve together the ragi flour, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt and keep aside.
  • Beat together the sugar, butter and oil until the sugar gets dissolved. Add the milk and beat well.
  • Now, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fill the muffin pan with the batter. Sprinkle the almond flakes generously.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
