Ingredients

  • Ragi flour - 1.5 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cups - water
  • 2 tbsp - cooked Rice

How to Make Ragi (Finger Millet) mudde - Ragi Sangati

  • Take a deep bottom pan, add water, cooked rice and 1 tsp ragi flour, and salt.
  • Boil and add remaining ragi flour, do not mix.
  • Finally when almost the entire ragi is added use a wooden chapatti roller and mix nicely.
  • After mixing keep on fire for 4-5 mins.
  • Now scoop the mixture from pan and make balls of the size of lemon size.
  • Serve with curries.
