  • 1 cup - Ragi flour
  • 2 - medium-sized Potatoes (boiled, peeled and grated)
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • a pinch of Hing
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • How to Make Ragi Oothappam:

    1. Mix the ingredients in water to prepare the batter (dosa batter-like consistency).
    2. Prepare the oothapams as usual, smearing oil on both the sides.
    3. Serve hot with idli podi or chutney.
