Ingredients

  • 1 cup - ragi flour
  • 2 - medium-sized potatoes (boiled, peeled and grated)
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • a pinch of hing
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves

How to Make Ragi Oothappam

  • Mix the ingredients in water to prepare the batter (dosa batter-like consistency).
  • Prepare the oothapams as usual, smearing oil on both the sides.
  • Serve hot with idli podi or chutney.
