  • 1 cup - Ragi rava
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 10 - Almonds
  • 4 - Cardamom seeds
  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • A few broken Cashew nuts
  • Milk as per need
  • How to Make Ragi Sweet Balls:

    1. Grind the sugar and cardamom seeds together into a fine powder.
    2. Roast the ragi rava and almonds in a kadai until you get a nice aroma. Put off the stove and let the rava and almonds cool completely.
    3. Grind this roasted ragi-rava-almonds mixture into a slightly coarse powder. Add the sugar mixture and mix well.
    4. Heat the ghee and fry the broken cashews until they turn brown. Add the hot ghee and fried cashews to the ragi rava-sugar mixture. Mix everything well.
    5. Add enough milk to the mixture and make small balls using this mixture. You can also use ghee while making these laddoos.
    6. Store it in an air-tight box.
