Combine the maida, the baking powder and the salt and keep aside.
Sieve the mixture at least 4 times.
Now beat the cream, powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, all separately, for the cream.
Now add the maida mix to it.
Divide the mixture into seven portions.
Add a pinch of red colour to the 1st and mix it, add a pinch of green to the 2nd and mix, add yellow colour to the 3rd, orange to the 4th, green and yellow to the 5th, add a pinch of cocoa powder to the 6th and mix.
The 7th should be plain.
Bake each portion separately in the microwave.
Now layer the 7 baked portions to form one cake.
Decorate with icing.
