Ingredients

  • 250 g - dry raisins
  • 3 cups - water
  • cracked ice
  • a few drops food colouring
  • a few drops essence of rose or kewra

How to Make Raisin Cooler

  • Boil the raisins in water till they turn very soft, remove from fire
  • Mash to a paste and pass through a sieve.
  • Chill and serve after mixing the rest of the ingredients.
