Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked black Chickpeas
  • 1 - Onion big and chopped
  • 1 - Tomato big and chopped
  • 5 - Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp - ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp - Channa masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp - kasuri Methi
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Rajasthani Black Chickpeas Curry

  • Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic and ginger, fry for a few seconds.
  • Add the onions and fry them until they turn translucent
  • Add the tomatoes, salt, channa masala powder, cumin seed powder, chaat masala, crushed fenugreek leaves and simmer for few mins.
  • Add the cooked black chickpeas, along with water and cook until it gets thickens
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
