Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - Wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp - Edible gum/goond
  • 1/2 cup - Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 2tbsp - Ghee for frying edible gum
  • 3tbsp - Ghee for roasting Wheat flour

How to Make

  • Heat the ghee in a pan. Add the wheat flour.
  • Roast it on slow flame until the flour turns golden brown. Allow it to cool.
  • Heat the ghee and fry the edible gum until they get puffed up and transfer it to a paper towel.
  • Now, add the fried edible gum, roasted wheat flour, cardamom powder, powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Make medium-sized ladoos from the mixture.
  • If it's hard to make balls, add 2 or 3 tablespoons of melted ghee and make balls.
