  • 1.5 cups - Wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp - Edible gum/goond
  • 1/2 cup - Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 2tbsp - Ghee for frying edible gum
  • 3tbsp - Ghee for roasting Wheat flour
  • How to Make Rajasthani Goond Ki Ladoo:

    1. Heat the ghee in a pan. Add the wheat flour.
    2. Roast it on slow flame until the flour turns golden brown. Allow it to cool.
    3. Heat the ghee and fry the edible gum until they get puffed up and transfer it to a paper towel.
    4. Now, add the fried edible gum, roasted wheat flour, cardamom powder, powdered sugar and mix well.
    5. Make medium-sized ladoos from the mixture.
    6. If it's hard to make balls, add 2 or 3 tablespoons of melted ghee and make balls.
