Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Whipping Cream
  • Sugar - as per taste
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup - Water
  • 1/2 tsp - Saffron strands (soaked in warm milk)

How to Make Rajasthani Kesar Malai Lassi

  • Take the milk, whipping cream, salt and sugar as per need. Add water and the saffron soaked in milk and blend together until they turn smooth.
  • Pour it into a glass.
