Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked Red kidney beans
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds+black gram
  • Few Curry leaves
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • How to Make Rajma Coconut Stir-fry:

    1. Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and black gram.
    2. To this add curry leaves, chopped green chillies and fry for few minutes.
    3. Now saute chopped onions, until they turn translucent.
    4. To this, mix well the cooked red kidney beans, salt and coriander powder.
    5. Finally add grated coconut and cook for few minutes.
    6. Serve hot.
