Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked Red kidney beans
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds+black gram
  • Few Curry leaves
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

How to Make Rajma Coconut Stir-fry

  • Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and black gram.
  • To this add curry leaves, chopped green chillies and fry for few minutes.
  • Now saute chopped onions, until they turn translucent.
  • To this, mix well the cooked red kidney beans, salt and coriander powder.
  • Finally add grated coconut and cook for few minutes.
  • Serve hot.
