Ingredients

  • Rajmah - 1 cup
  • Boiled potato - 1Nos.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Green chillies - 2 Nos.
  • Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tsp
  • Rice flour - 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour or maida - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - for deep frying

How to Make Rajma cutlets

  • Pressure cook Rajmah & drain.
  • Now in a bowl put the cooked rajmah and smash it
  • Add boiled potato smash together.
  • Add all other ingredientds except oil.
  • Mix well, shape them like cutlets & deep fry
  • Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.
