  • 100 g - besan
  • 1 cup - fresh malai
  • 4 tbsp - ghee
  • Sugar
  • Milk

How to Make Rajputana Halwa

  • Heat a pan and put the fresh malai in it. Let it melt.
  • Then add besan and roast it for 15 minutes on sim or till it becomes golden brown. While doing this, add ghee if needed.
  • Gradually add sugar and milk according to the taste, let it swell.
  • Garnish with elaichi and almonds.
