Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Rava
  • 2 tsp - Rice flour
  • A few Curry leaves chopped
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 4 tbsp - Curd
  • 1 - Onion chopped finely
  • 3 - Green chillies chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Rava Onion Oothapam:

    1. Combine all the above together in a large bowl.
    2. Add enough water to make the batter.
    3. Spread it into oothapams onto a hot pan, pour little oil along the sides.
    4. Turn it once it becomes light brown on the ends.
    5. Cook both the sides and serve hot.
