Ingredients

  • Rava- 1 cup
  • Rice flour- 1/2 cup
  • Onion- 1
  • Ginger- 1 inch bit
  • Curry leaves- 1 sprig
  • Coriander leaves- a few
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

How to Make Rava Pakoda

  • In a bowl add rava, rice flour, chopped onion and ginger, chopped curry and coriander leaves.
  • Add salt and slowly add water and mix to get the desired consistency.
  • Heat oil in a pan and drop in small balls of pakoda and fry till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tea.
