How to Make

  • Cut jackfruit into medium pieces and boil it till soft.
  • Chop onions finely and fry till golden brown.
  • Take ingredients from 3 to 8 and fry in a tsp of oil and grind to a powder.
  • Add jackfruit, turmeric, salt and the above powder to the onions.
  • Add 2-3 tbsp of water.
  • Let it cook for 5-10 minutes in a very low flame.
  • Add a spoon of garam masala and season it with patta and lavang.
