Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - yellow mung beans
  • 1/4 - cup - chickpea, soaked overnight
  • 2 cups - raw papaya, chopped
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - tomato, chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, slit opened
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds + black gram
  • 2 - dry Red Chillies
  • 1/4 tsp - Asafoetida powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Few Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • To roast and grind:
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 3 - dry Red Chillies
  • 3 tbsp - desiccated Coconut
  • 1 tsp - Flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp - rolled oats
