  • Rava - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Coconut scraped - 1/2 cup
  • Ghee - 1/2 cup
  • Egg - 2
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • How to Make Rawa Cake:

    1. Beat the egg and mix the coconut and rava well
    2. Add sugar to the ghee and mix it well
    3. Now add curd to the coconut and rava mixture.
    4. Mix it well. Then add all the ingredients to the beaten egg and mix well.
    5. Keep it for 10 mins before pouring it in the baking pan.
    6. Pre heat the oven for 15 min at 150 degree Celsius
    7. Then grease the baking pan well by applying ghee or butter, pour the mixture
    8. Bake the cake at 200 degree Celsius till it become golden in colour.
